💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle hiring across multiple functions at a high-growth AI company. You'll partner with hiring managers to deliver quality hires within clear timelines. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment with structured processes and real ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own 5-10 concurrent roles end-to-end from intake to offer close
• Run structured intake meetings to align on success profiles
• Drive sourcing across LinkedIn, referrals, inbound, and creative outbound
• Run structured phone screens tied to defined competencies

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience
• Experience in agency or in-house within a fast-paced tech or scale-up environment
• Proven track record of closing roles under time constraints
• Experience using an ATS, ideally Ashby or similar

• Contributing to technical or leadership searches
• Experience with talent mapping and candidate shortlisting
• Mentorship experience or working with senior recruiters
