You will manage hiring across tech and non-tech functions in a high-growth travel marketplace, owning every part of the recruitment cycle from sourcing to stakeholder alignment. This role offers ownership, problem-solving opportunities, and exposure to global hiring.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (tech + non-tech)
• Global hiring experience is a plus
• Ability to break down problems and find practical solutions
• Comfort with recruitment tools including AI
• Strong stakeholder management and proactive approach
