As a Partner Manager at Connecteam, you'll build and nurture relationships with strategic partners, drive engagement through webinars and events, generate leads, and support enablement activities to drive mutual growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles (Sales, BD, Account Management)
• Experience working with partners
• Public speaking and coaching skills
• Independent and self-sustained
• Growth mindset and initiative

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for assigned partners
• Drive partner engagement through webinars, enablement sessions, events, and on-site visits
• Generate and qualify new leads from partner networks
• Support partners with enablement activities
• Track and report on KPIs including lead generation and revenue impact
