💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end growth strategy for Influur, a marketplace connecting brands and influencers. You'll drive acquisition, activation, and optimization using AI as a core operating layer. You'll work directly with the CEO and product team with full ownership and autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own cross-channel growth strategy across the full user journey.
• Lead GTM strategy for new products with cross-functional teams.
• Design and execute experiments for acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Manage and optimize growth channels: paid, organic, lifecycle, and community.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in growth or product growth in tech or digital-first companies.
• Deep understanding of product-led growth and lifecycle frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to run experiments and interpret complex data.
• Fluency with AI tools like prompt engineering and workflow automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in marketplaces, social platforms, or creator/influencer ecosystems.
• Familiarity with growth stacks like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or HubSpot.
• Track record of non-traditional growth strategies.
