Description

You will lead the accounts payable department, overseeing the full invoice-to-payment cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. You'll manage a team, drive process improvements through automation, and maintain strong vendor relationships to support the company's financial health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5–8+ years of progressive AP experience with 2–3 years in supervisory role
• Mastery of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and AP automation tools (Ramp, Coupa, Tipalti)
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting to executive team

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of AP associates
• Oversee full invoice-to-payment cycle including PO matching and electronic payment processing
• Develop and enforce AP policies and internal controls
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency
• Prepare AP aging schedules, cash flow projections, and monthly reconciliations
