• Oversee Quality of Earnings, working capital, and cash flow analyses

• Review databooks, analyses, and deliverables prepared by team members

📋 Requirements

• CPA designation required
• 7+ years of experience in audit or transaction advisory
• 3+ years of direct financial due diligence experience
• US GAAP knowledge required
