🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing
• Draft real estate forms, letters, and closing documents
• Review and analyze title, survey, and zoning reports
• Handle entity formation, Secretary of State filings, and authority documents

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Experience managing transaction lifecycles from inception to closing
• Proficiency in entity formation and corporate governance documents
• Ability to manage portfolios of assets and multiple transactions
