You'll serve as the primary shore-side technical lead for electrical systems across a fleet of expedition vessels, ensuring safe and compliant operations. You'll provide critical support to shipboard engineering teams for complex troubleshooting and maintenance. This role blends technical expertise with project planning for drydock work and upgrades.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support electrical system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across vessels
• Serve as escalation point for complex electrical and automation issues
• Plan and oversee drydock work, repairs, and upgrade projects
• Ensure compliance with Class, Flag State, SOLAS, and USCG requirements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent maritime experience
• Chief Electrical Officer certification or equivalent experience
• 5+ years supporting electrical systems in passenger vessel maritime environments
• Knowledge of marine electrical regulations, safety practices, and planned maintenance systems
