💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of hourly associates in our Inspection Center, managing the repair and movement of vehicles to meet production targets. Your core impact is ensuring quality standards and team development in a fast-paced environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the inspection center safely.
• Oversee daily activities and provide coaching to assigned team.
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory.
• Ensure adherence to systems, policies, and performance standards.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years.
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning processes.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
