You'll support the CEO and Founder at Resend, a fast-growing developer platform, by managing priorities and enabling the executive office for scale. This role is fully remote based in Brazil with some travel for team offsites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support CEO with inbox, calendar, and daily priorities across time zones
• Anticipate needs and keep executive office running smoothly
• Manage travel arrangements for executive team and events
• Handle special projects and ad hoc requests from executive office

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years supporting executive leadership in scaling environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and judgment
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and taking ownership of work
