Description

You will take ownership of stabilizing and optimizing fulfillment operations at our 3PL in Groveport, Ohio while helping scale a multi-node network. You will drive operational consistency and accountability across 3PL partners, acting as the key link between warehouse teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Highly analytical and hands-on operator
• Experience managing 3PL relationships
• Ability to travel approximately one week per month
• Solutions-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Stabilize, standardize, and optimize 3PL operations for eCommerce, Wholesale, Retail, and Donation channels
• Drive best practice standardization across all Bombas distribution centers
• Facilitate short, medium and long term activity and capacity planning across an omni-channel environment
• Identify inefficient or fragmented processes and implement improvements
