💼 About This Role

You'll be the cornerstone of our go-to-market motion, generating pipeline and closing enterprise-level deals at a fast-growing AI company. You'll work directly with founders to build and scale the sales playbook, shaping how Dialogue sells from prospecting to close.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and own pipeline from outbound, inbound, and founder-led opportunities
  • Close enterprise and mid-market deals across key verticals
  • Partner with founders to refine positioning, pricing, and GTM motion
  • Develop repeatable sales processes, CRM hygiene, and forecasting discipline

📋 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing $50K–$250K+ ACV deals and exceeding quota
  • Comfortable generating own pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Strategic, consultative seller thriving in ambiguity and rapid iteration
