💼 About This Role
You'll be the cornerstone of our go-to-market motion, generating pipeline and closing enterprise-level deals at a fast-growing AI company. You'll work directly with founders to build and scale the sales playbook, shaping how Dialogue sells from prospecting to close.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and own pipeline from outbound, inbound, and founder-led opportunities
- Close enterprise and mid-market deals across key verticals
- Partner with founders to refine positioning, pricing, and GTM motion
- Develop repeatable sales processes, CRM hygiene, and forecasting discipline
📋 Requirements
- 5–8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of closing $50K–$250K+ ACV deals and exceeding quota
- Comfortable generating own pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Strategic, consultative seller thriving in ambiguity and rapid iteration

- Experience selling to research, insights, product, or marketing leaders
- Deep curiosity for AI and customer insights
- Network in CPG, eCommerce, or Media/Entertainment/Gaming
