You'll help midsized law firms adopt AI tools, acting as the lawyer's voice inside a fast-growing legal tech company. You'll drive adoption from pilot to scale, translating practice needs into product insights. This role blends legal expertise with product thinking to shape a new category.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build trust with law firm partners and associates on AI adoption
• Lead pilot onboarding and rollouts across practice groups
• Capture lawyer pain points and feed into product development
• Create scalable training resources and case studies

📋 Requirements

• JD with 2–6 years practicing law at a firm
• Deep understanding of law firm workflows (litigation or corporate)
• Curiosity about AI and technology in legal practice
• Comfort navigating ambiguous fast-moving environments

• Experience with legal tech or product management
• Familiarity with document review or drafting tools
• Prior experience in a client-facing role
