• Plan and execute engagement programs end-to-end
• Coordinate learning programs with stakeholders and trainers
• Run onboarding culture sessions for new hires

📋 Requirements

• Experience in learning & development or employee engagement roles
• Strong execution and coordination skills
• Comfort with calendars, spreadsheets, and HR systems
• Clear communication and facilitation skills
