You'll design and run employee engagement and learning programs for a fast-growing tech company. You'll own the company-wide engagement calendar and coordinate learning initiatives. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with direct impact on company culture and employee experience.

- Own the company-wide engagement and learning calendar
- Plan and execute engagement programs end-to-end
- Coordinate learning programs with stakeholders and trainers
- Run onboarding culture sessions for new hires
๐ Requirements
- Experience in learning & development or employee engagement roles
- Strong execution and coordination skills
- Comfort with calendars, spreadsheets, and HR systems
- Clear communication and facilitation skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with LMS/HRIS platforms
- Background in tech or startup environments
- Experience measuring training ROI
