You'll define the global product experience and build cross-platform Design Systems for a rapidly growing AI company. Your core impact is designing AI-native interaction paradigms and serving as design quality gatekeeper across global teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain cross-platform Design System (App/Web/Desktop)
• Design AI-native interaction paradigms (Agents, intent-based workflows)
• Serve as design quality gatekeeper for global team deliverables
• Establish cross-cultural and asynchronous collaboration processes

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of UI/UX design experience with North America or Europe product launches
• Demonstrated ability to build Design Systems and multi-platform interaction frameworks
• Strong experience in AI product interaction (agents, conversational UX)
• Deep product thinking and ability to articulate design rationale
