Description

As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in senior living communities, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland
• Minimum one year of recent verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current Home Health and OASIS experience required
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet
