🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide HW/SW support, repair, deployments, imaging, and migrations.
• Perform email account maintenance and minor network administration.
• Lead small projects with minimal guidance.
• Support cloud-based apps like Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of PC support in corporate environment.
• Strong skills in Windows/Mac OS installation and configuration.
• Experience with Active Directory administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hardware/Software certifications (Microsoft, Lenovo, HP, Apple).
• Experience with JAMF Casper.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
