You'll lead clinical programming for a special education school program, driving improvements in academic and behavioral achievement. You'll build high-performing teams and develop positive interventions for a diverse student population.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operational initiatives in a special education program.
• Supervise clinical staff and ensure IEP minutes are met.
• Run IEP meetings and review clinical documentation.
• Work remotely while logged in during entire shift.

📋 Requirements

• One of: IL PEL School Social Worker, MSW with LSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LPC.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Consultative and data analysis abilities.
• Creative thinker able to develop interventions for diverse students.
