Description

You will lead the informatics function supporting translational research, preclinical development, and clinical data science at a late-stage oncology company. You'll oversee strategy, execution, and delivery of informatics solutions to accelerate timelines and enable high-quality data analysis from research to clinical execution.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 18+ years experience with BS, 16+ with MS, 13+ with PhD in biotech/pharma R&D informatics
• Proven success building and leading informatics organizations
• Deep understanding of drug development across translational science and clinical data
• Experience with AWS/Azure, relational databases, Databricks, and AI applications

Responsibilities

• Own informatics strategy for Translational Science, Nonclinical Development, Clinical Pharmacology, and Quantitative Sciences
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing informatics team and manage external vendors
• Translate scientific needs into informatics strategies and oversee platform lifecycle
• Drive adoption of cloud, data, and AI-enabled technologies
• Serve as primary informatics partner to senior stakeholders
