- Respond to incoming inquiries via calls, chats, and emails
- Assist users with billing questions, technical issues, and navigation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex cases
- Review and validate creator applications for compliance
- Monitor transactions to prevent fraud and reduce chargebacks

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems

- High attention to detail when reviewing user-submitted information
