💼 About This Role

You'll lead a Solution Engineering team embedded within Product Engineering to accelerate customer adoption and improve platform reliability. You'll partner with Customer Success, Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver short-term technical initiatives that enable field teams and support customer engagements. This role focuses on high-impact work that directly enables revenue and improves system stability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead a Solution Engineering team.
• Partner with Customer Success to unblock implementations.
• Collaborate on complex DocV integrations with customers.
• Identify and address integration-related technical debt.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience.
• 3+ years leading customer-facing or hybrid engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to deliver production-quality solutions in fast-paced environments.
