You'll support day-to-day workplace and engagement operations of the HR function in Vietnam, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly. You'll gain hands-on exposure to workplace coordination and employee engagement initiatives within a structured environment. This role allows you to contribute to positive employee experiences while working alongside the HR team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate logistics for internal events like Town Halls and celebrations
• Assist with recurring HR administrative processes and workflows
• Support employee welfare arrangements and vendor coordination
• Help with onboarding and offboarding logistics and checklist tracking

📋 Requirements

• Final year student or recent graduate
• Prior internship experience in HR, operations, or administration
• Strong communication skills in English
• Available full-time for 6 months
