You'll own recruiting across all corporate roles, technical and non-technical, at an AI-native mental healthcare startup. Reporting directly to the founder, you'll design scalable systems and acquire top-percentile candidates in a hyper-growth environment. This role offers early-stage impact with high trust and autonomy.

  • Design and evolve scalable, reliable recruiting systems
  • Identify, engage, and acquire top-percentile candidates
  • Partner with Founder and business leaders on hiring needs
  • Create a streamlined, high-yielding candidate experience

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience building recruiting systems from scratch with minimal oversight
  • Prior success in a similar startup or technical organization
  • 2+ years of professional working experience in high-quality environments
