You'll own recruiting across all corporate roles, technical and non-technical, at an AI-native mental healthcare startup. Reporting directly to the founder, you'll design scalable systems and acquire top-percentile candidates in a hyper-growth environment. This role offers early-stage impact with high trust and autonomy.

- Design and evolve scalable, reliable recruiting systems
- Identify, engage, and acquire top-percentile candidates
- Partner with Founder and business leaders on hiring needs
- Create a streamlined, high-yielding candidate experience
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience building recruiting systems from scratch with minimal oversight
- Prior success in a similar startup or technical organization
- 2+ years of professional working experience in high-quality environments
