Description

As a Brand Designer at Merge, you'll shape our visual identity across web, events, social, product, and beyond. You'll translate complex API and AI concepts into striking visual stories, work autonomously on projects, and experiment with AI tools to push creative boundaries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time design experience
• Expert in creating and evolving brand design systems
• Proficient at Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Cinema 4D, Figma, and Webflow
• Passionate about AI tools and eager to integrate them into creative process
• Experience working with technical products or developer tools

Responsibilities

• Drive evolution of visual brand identity across all channels
• Design and produce high-impact brand assets including campaigns, presentations, and event materials
• Own design projects from conception to completion with autonomy
• Build and maintain scalable brand design systems with documentation and asset libraries
• Experiment with AI tools and workflows to accelerate production
