💼 About This Role

You'll own the infrastructure layer that makes AI deployments into enterprise environments possible. You'll design deployment patterns across VPC, on-prem, and self-hosted configurations, working directly with customer IT teams. This is a founding-team level role with direct customer impact and real technical complexity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own infrastructure and deployment layer for enterprise AI applications
• Design and execute VPC, on-prem, and self-hosted deployment patterns
• Work with customer IT and security teams on compliance and access control
• Build tooling and automation for repeatable, reliable deployments

📋 Requirements

• 5–6+ years of backend and infrastructure engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with enterprise deployments (VPC, on-prem, self-hosted)
• Deep understanding of enterprise security requirements
• Experience working directly with external customers in deployment context

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at an infrastructure company offering self-hosted/on-prem options
• Familiarity with authentication, secrets management, and zero-trust networking
• Experience building internal deployment tooling or platform abstractions
