You'll provide analytical support for compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems at a global space company. You'll ensure data accuracy and compliance while improving the employee experience. This role offers exposure to M&A activities and systems integration.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking for compensation and benefits.
  • Perform audits and reconciliations between HRIS, payroll, and vendors.
  • Provide analytical support for M&A integration and systems testing.
  • Support open enrollment, merit review, and RSU administration.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and experience in data analysis, compensation, or HRIS.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and building automated processes.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS.
  • Experience in aerospace or technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations.
