You'll provide analytical support for compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems at a global space company. You'll ensure data accuracy and compliance while improving the employee experience. This role offers exposure to M&A activities and systems integration.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct market research and benchmarking for compensation and benefits.
- Perform audits and reconciliations between HRIS, payroll, and vendors.
- Provide analytical support for M&A integration and systems testing.
- Support open enrollment, merit review, and RSU administration.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and experience in data analysis, compensation, or HRIS.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and building automated processes.
โจ Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS.
- Experience in aerospace or technology sectors.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations.
