💼 About This Role

You'll join Sona as our first US-based Solutions Consultant, shaping how we sell AI-native workforce management to frontline organizations. You'll partner with Account Executives to lead consultative demos and build US-specific playbooks that turn complex workforce challenges into confident buying decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical pre-sales from discovery through proof-of-concept
• Tailor product demos to customer pain points and business outcomes
• Build US-specific sales assets and competitive positioning
• Collaborate with Product and Implementation on market feedback

📋 Requirements

• Solutions Consulting or technical pre-sales experience
• Background in scheduling, workforce management, or HR tech
• Experience in a startup or scaleup with a complex product
• Strong discovery and storytelling skills
