You'll lead hands-on enrichment activities for KIPP SoCal students in San Diego. You'll create academic and recreational programs that support student growth. This role offers development of teaching and leadership skills in a school setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide academic assistance and recreational programming to small groups
• Develop and implement academic, recreational, and enrichment activities
• Supervise students to ensure safety and program organization
• Maintain attendance records and report student progress

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma
• Experience with elementary or middle school aged children
• Ability to lead groups of students in activities
• Ability to work independently and with a team

• AA degree or two years of college coursework
• Experience in academic or recreational setting
• Skills in arts, sports, or multimedia
