Description

Lead mutual fund distribution sales in Ahmedabad, driving AUM growth, expanding distributor networks, and executing sales strategies. You will build strategic relationships with top partners, identify growth opportunities, and mentor a sales team.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in mutual fund distribution
• Strong focus on non-institutional/retail distribution
• Experience managing and training teams
• Willingness to travel and manage larger territories
• Deep understanding of regional markets

Responsibilities

• Own AUM, gross sales, net sales, and SIP targets for the zone
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with top distributors and IFAs
• Identify and onboard new high-potential distributors
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine strategy
