You'll join the quality function at a production site, focusing on customer complaint management and non-conformity oversight. Your work ensures compliance with food safety regulations and drives continuous improvement.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage customer complaints end-to-end including intake and follow-up
  • Perform root cause analysis and define CAPA with cross-functional teams
  • Prepare internal and customer-facing reports on complaints and resolutions
  • Monitor and update customer complaint KPIs for continuous improvement

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Degree in Food Science & Technology or related field
  • At least 1+ years experience in a similar quality role
  • Proficiency in Italian and English mandatory
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety requirements
