💼 About This Role

You'll join Jellyfish's Accounts Receivable team as a Junior Credit Controller, managing a portfolio of client accounts and ensuring outstanding debts are followed up and resolved promptly. This role involves early exposure to international clients with structured training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage portfolio of customer accounts and follow up outstanding invoices
• Maintain and update accounts receivable ledger
• Handle customer queries and disputes promptly
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in credit control or similar finance role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving and collaboration skills
