You will drive innovations in autonomous vehicle technology using deep learning and reinforcement learning. You'll design state-of-the-art algorithms, develop advanced agentic software, and integrate AI models into production systems to improve autonomous mission effectiveness.

Requirements

• Sophisticated knowledge of LLMs and their application
• Solid experience with reinforcement learning for autonomous systems
• Proven experience shipping products end to end
• Experience with simulation or real-world validation for autonomous vehicles
• Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced agentic software for sensor perception, prediction, and decision-making
• Design and implement integrated agents and AI models for autonomous workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prototypes into production systems
• Conduct research into reinforcement learning and deep architectures
• Utilize real-world and synthetic data to enhance model robustness
