๐ผ About This Role
You'll build and scale a world-class Solutions Engineering team that owns the technical customer journey end-to-end, from demo through onboarding and post-sales success. Your impact will be driving revenue acceleration and creating long-term customer advocates in a high-growth AI video security company. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical engagement.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build, lead, and scale a global Solutions Engineering team
- Own technical discovery, solution design, demos, and onboarding
- Translate customer needs into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success on GTM strategy
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in senior technical pre-sales or solutions engineering in Enterprise SaaS
- Proven experience building and scaling pre-sales or SE organizations in high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, PoE, Ethernet, wireless
- Experience with Linux environments, APIs, and scripting or programming languages (Python preferred)

- Prior experience in technical support engineering or IT roles
- Industry certifications (CCNA/CCNP, CWNA, Security+, Network+, CEH, MCSE, etc.)
