Requirements

  • 3-7 years of project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Comfort with contracts, invoicing, and financial coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate OOH campaigns from intake through installation, ensuring creative assets meet technical specs and deadlines
  • Own shared inboxes and Slack channels for OOH programs, responding to inquiries and maintaining intake forms
  • Route contracts for approval, track signatures, coordinate invoice processing and vendor payments
  • Manage creative trafficking, collect post-launch assets, and maintain centralized archive
  • Maintain campaign dashboards, support monthly reporting, and identify workflow improvements
