Requirements
- 3-7 years of project management experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Comfort with contracts, invoicing, and financial coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate OOH campaigns from intake through installation, ensuring creative assets meet technical specs and deadlines
- Own shared inboxes and Slack channels for OOH programs, responding to inquiries and maintaining intake forms
- Route contracts for approval, track signatures, coordinate invoice processing and vendor payments
- Manage creative trafficking, collect post-launch assets, and maintain centralized archive
- Maintain campaign dashboards, support monthly reporting, and identify workflow improvements
