You'll lead a high-performing team of technical recruiters responsible for full-cycle hiring across all engineering roles. You'll partner closely with engineering leadership to shape talent strategy and build strong pipelines. You'll bring both strategic vision and operational discipline to drive high-impact hiring outcomes.

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies for complex engineering roles.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters.
  • Use data to optimize funnel health and improve hiring processes.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing recruiting teams.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in full-cycle technical recruiting with a track record in high-growth environments.
  • Experience building and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
