Description

As a senior leader, you will drive Revolution Medicines' global privacy strategy and compliance framework, ensuring ethical handling of personal data across all business activities. You'll advise senior executives on privacy risks and regulatory developments, while embedding privacy-by-design principles into systems and processes supporting the company's oncology pipeline.

Requirements

• Experienced privacy executive with strong leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of global privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA)
• Background in clinical or health data privacy in biotech/pharma
• Ability to advise senior executives and embed privacy-by-design
• Experience building and leading a global privacy team

Responsibilities

• Lead global privacy strategy and governance framework aligned with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA and other global privacy laws
• Oversee Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs), cross-border data transfers, and risk assessments
• Serve as privacy lead for clinical trial and commercialization data-driven activities
• Manage global privacy incident response, including breach assessment and notification
