💼 About This Role

You'll join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Physical Therapist performing home health visits for the Denver office. You'll make home visits, conduct diagnostic tests, and develop care plans to help clients remain at home. This weekend role offers a $5,000 incentive for committing to 4 starts of care per weekend or 20 productivity points.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements.
• Implement care plans with therapeutic exercises and gait training.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care.

📋 Requirements

• Current CO Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an APTA or CAAHEP approved program.

• Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Solid computer skills.
