💼 About This Role

You'll design AI-first creation experiences for the world's No.1 AI video agent, collaborating with designers, PM, and engineering. Your work will shape the Agent Opus editor and key workflows, improving video output quality over time. This role offers a chance to define new interaction patterns in a fast-growing startup backed by SoftBank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design the Editor experience within the Agent module from concept to polished UI
• Work with PM and Engineering to improve core OpusClip workflows
• Partner with AI/Research to define and refine video output styles and controls
• Evolve the design system and ensure consistency across platforms

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of product design experience with shipped products
• Strong portfolio showing solid UX/UI and interaction craft
• Proficient in Figma with ability to produce clear prototypes/specs
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and simplify complexity

• Experience with AI products or editing tools
• Familiarity with quality frameworks or human-in-the-loop workflows
• Ability to use motion or prototyping to communicate interaction intent
