💼 About This Role

You'll lead clinician enablement for a generative AI platform in healthcare, driving adoption and improving clinical documentation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface product feedback and shape the clinical roadmap. This role requires being in the Pittsburgh office 3x/week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver education and training to new clinical users
• Surface product feedback and define clinical product roadmap
• Develop and track end-user utilization and success metrics
• Evangelize product capabilities through demos and sales collateral

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP)
• Experience with Epic and clinical documentation workflows
• Proven track record of leading initiatives from conception to launch
• Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
