You'll lead trade show execution and partner activation for a tech platform empowering independent retailers. Your work will directly drive community engagement and referral growth. This role is individual-contributor with end-to-end ownership at a fast-growing SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead planning and execution of trade shows and industry events
• Identify, recruit, and onboard industry partners into referral network
• Own communications calendar across email, social media, and in-app channels
• Capture and edit customer video and written testimonials

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, community engagement, or partner/field marketing
• Proven success planning and executing trade shows or field activations
• Experience acquiring, onboarding, or managing referral partners or industry networks
• Strong track record of managing customer-facing communications and social media engagement
