💼 About This Role

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving technical and administrative issues via chat, email, and phone. You'll ensure efficient ticket resolution and strengthen customer trust through timely follow-ups. This part-time, hybrid role requires rotating weekend and holiday shifts.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming support requests for troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
  • Interact with CX teams, Account Management, Finance, and Development teams.
  • Address urgent customer issues during off hours and weekends.
  • Own customer escalations and provide clear guidance for resolution.

  • Excellent structure and organization to manage workload using CX tools.
  • Solid communication skills to handle complicated customer issues and criticism.
