🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS contracts.
• Support negotiations for routine and strategic customer deals.
• Provide legal support for integration of an acquired tech business.
• Advise on life sciences regulatory requirements and compliance matters.

📋 Requirements

• Approximately 10+ years PQE with in-house commercial legal experience.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industry.
• Strong generalist skillset across commercial and corporate matters.
• Self-starter with stakeholder management and independent work ability.
