You'll develop and maintain test systems for electronics manufacturing, ensuring product quality and supporting NPI. You'll drive test efficiency and collaborate with global teams to standardize test methodologies and improve first-pass yield.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop automated and manual test systems.
• Execute test plans to verify product functionality.
• Analyze test data for yield and quality improvement.
• Develop test software using LabVIEW and Python.
• Train and mentor junior test engineers and technicians.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of working experience in test engineering.
• BS in Electrical or Electronics engineering.
• Experience with FCT machines and product error analysis.
• Good English communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with global coordination and standardization.
• Knowledge of DFT principles.
• Experience with continuous improvement projects.
