💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex implementations and manage a portfolio of 8-12 customers at a fast-growing GovTech company. You'll drive adoption, value realization, and account health while shaping deployment methodology and mentoring team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead customer implementations from discovery through launch.
  • Manage portfolio of 8-12 customers for onboarding, adoption, and growth.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and mitigation plans proactively.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Customer Success and Sales.

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years in SaaS Implementation, Professional Services, or Customer Success.
  • 5+ years leading customer-facing software implementations.
  • Manage complex deployments and portfolios with ownership of scope and risks.
  • Strong consultative skills to map processes and recommend solutions.

  • Experience in GovTech or public sector.
  • Familiarity with policy-making or data-driven government solutions.
