💼 About This Role
You'll lead complex implementations and manage a portfolio of 8-12 customers at a fast-growing GovTech company. You'll drive adoption, value realization, and account health while shaping deployment methodology and mentoring team members.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead customer implementations from discovery through launch.
- Manage portfolio of 8-12 customers for onboarding, adoption, and growth.
- Identify risks, blockers, and mitigation plans proactively.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Customer Success and Sales.
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in SaaS Implementation, Professional Services, or Customer Success.
- 5+ years leading customer-facing software implementations.
- Manage complex deployments and portfolios with ownership of scope and risks.
- Strong consultative skills to map processes and recommend solutions.

- Familiarity with policy-making or data-driven government solutions.
