💼 About This Role

You'll lead infrastructure programs for OpenAI's AI data centers, coordinating network integration and data hall deployment. You'll drive complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept to operational handoff across electrical, mechanical, network, and controls teams. This role offers the chance to shape the physical foundation of cutting-edge AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate infrastructure goals into workstream charters and execution plans.
• Build integrated schedules for network, controls, and data hall deployment.
• Coordinate across network, controls, electrical, mechanical, and construction teams.
• Track dependencies, risks, decisions, and readiness criteria.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering program management or data center delivery.
• Proven experience in cross-functional programs with network and controls participants.
• Strong technical fluency in data hall deployment and network interfaces.
• Experience building integrated schedules and risk registers.
