💼 About This Role

You'll define quality standards for internal systems and drive compliance across teams. You'll own the compliance loop from standards to automated checks. This role sits on the Enablement Platform team at Swap, the AI-native commerce infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define quality standards for internal systems covering reliability, performance, and security.
• Partner with engineering teams to turn standards into service-level requirements.
• Own the compliance loop: measure, check, and drive remediation of gaps.
• Establish API quality standards including contracts and backward compatibility.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in quality engineering or SDET in distributed systems.
• Strong ability to define engineering standards and drive adoption.
• Solid understanding of non-functional requirements like reliability and observability.
• Experience with CI/CD quality gates and automated checks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with contract testing frameworks.
• Prior work on platform engineering or internal developer tooling.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
