You'll serve as a clinical leader in a top cosmetic surgery center, balancing patient care and operational oversight. Your impact drives patient safety and team performance in a dynamic outpatient surgical environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform laser safety, general safety, and infection control duties
• Support daily operations in an accredited outpatient surgical center
• Assist with nurse scheduling and daily assignments
• Lead QA/QI efforts, including reporting and chart audits

📋 Requirements

• Current licensure as LPN or RN (or certification as MA/ST)
• ACLS certification required
• At least 2 years of clinical experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous leadership experience
• Post Op and/or OR Circulator experience
• Cosmetic medical office experience
