Description

You will lead the global strategy to attract new partners to the ClassPass marketplace, managing inbound acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels. You'll own the partner funnel from first touch to signed partner, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tools to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook
  • Deep experience managing budgets and exceeding lead-generation and acquisition targets
  • Strong command of marketing metrics: LTV, CAC, tCPA, ROAS
  • Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Excel
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Lead global acquisition strategy to generate high-quality inbound leads from prospective partners
  • Design and manage paid and organic campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook
  • Own and evolve the inbound partner acquisition funnel from first touch to signed partner
  • Develop nurture journeys to move prospects from curiosity to conversion
  • Forecast and manage budgets, analyze performance data to maximize ROI
