You'll join Mill's Software Quality team to lead test automation strategy across embedded firmware, mobile apps, web, and cloud platforms. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop automated test infrastructure across firmware, mobile, web, and cloud.
• Interface with cross-functional leaders to translate requirements into test plans.
• Mentor QA engineers and champion test engineering best practices.
• Establish processes for test script development, integration, and execution.

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development and testing.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of automation frameworks across mobile, cloud, and firmware.
