💼 About This Role

You'll orchestrate cross-team technical initiatives across R&D, Software, and Engineering teams at C12, a quantum computing startup. You'll translate complex technical needs into actionable specifications for internal software development and coordinate resolution of critical blockers. This role spans program management for cross-functional R&D projects and product management for software tools supporting R&D workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive delivery of cross-team projects across R&D, Software, and Engineering teams.
• Collect needs from R&D teams and translate them into product specifications.
• Define feature specifications and prioritize software development roadmap.
• Establish operating rhythms (planning sessions, dashboards) to track execution.

📋 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in technical program management or product management in deep tech.
• Engineering or technical degree (Master's in Engineering, Physics, or related field).
• Experience working in start-ups.
• Proven track record driving delivery of complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
